Delivery intercepts are available for packages shipped within the US and Puerto Rico depending on how far along the package is in transit. It typically takes 1 business day for the intercept to go into effect.
This means that if a package the delivery address is changed that there will be at least a day lost in transit in addition to whatever additional days it takes to get to the new destination.
If a package is on the truck for delivery it is also possible that the package will be delivered before the intercept can take effect. If a customer needs to return/redirect a package that is out for delivery we cannot guarantee that it will happen.
