Elevate can filter orders based on a few standard criteria within Shopify. 


First Import Date


This will only allow Elevate to sync orders starting at a specific date and moving forward. This is particularly helpful if you have older orders that have not yet shipped, but Elevate will not be fulfilling. 


Vendor Filter


If you have products that are drop-shipped by a Vendor or fulfilled from a separate facility the easiest way to filter these products is to use the Vendor Filter. In Shopify's Product Page you can specify the Vendor, then we will set a Vendor Filter so that Elevate will only sync products that match that Vendor. 


Note that Vendor Filters are only available at the Product level, they CANNOT be used at the Variant level.



Country Filter


If Elevate will only be fulfilling orders to specific countries we can set up a filter to facilitate that. Simply provide us a list of the countries to which we will be shipping and any orders that are shipping elsewhere will be skipped by the order sync. 


Example: United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Australia
