Most of the Stores we work with will enable Instant Downloads. This will mean that as soon as an order is placed and payment is captured it will be sent to Elevate for fulfillment. However, if you would like some additional time to resolve any potential customer service requests prior to syncing orders we can change the settings.
Please note that fulfillment cut-off times are based on the time an order is synced to Elevate's WMS.
