Overview
Elevate connects to your Shopify store using the Shopify Partners platform. Elevate does not receive any financial incentive using the Shopify Partners connection, but simply leverages the platform to allow access to your store without requiring you to pay for an additional user using what Shopify refers to as Collaborator Permissions.

Granting Access - Your Part
To initiate the Shopify connection Elevate will send a request using Shopify Partners to allow access to your store. Simply approve the request you will receive via email.

Connecting Shopify - Our Part
Once Elevate has permissions to access your store we will take care of the rest. We will connect the Order Desk app to your Shopify Store. The following video demonstrates that process.
You can revoke this access at any time in the Shopify Apps menu.

Shopify Settings
Elevate can adjust the various settings within the connection to best fit your Shopify order flows. The settings are listed below with the suggested value.

Fulfillment Status | Download Unshipped Orders | If you have Partially Fulfilled Orders currently open in Shopify that Elevate will fulfill we will need to update this setting initially. |
Financial Status | Paid | If it is typical for you to Partially Refund orders we may want to set this to Paid and Partially Refunded. |
Folder for New Orders | New | This setting is mainly used for Elevate purposes and not relevant to your Shopify store. |
Sync Tracking Numbers | Enabled | This will upload tracking numbers once shipments occur. |
Email Shopify Customer | Enabled | Once tracking is uploaded to Shopify the standard fulfillment email will be sent. |
Sync Inventory | Initially Disabled, Enabled after reconciliation | Initially Elevate will not set the WMS to sync inventory to Shopify. Once the inventory counts are verified you can have us Enable the sync if you would like. |
