The SKU value is the most important field in the product listing within Shopify when connecting to Elevate. The SKU values in Shopify and Elevate’s WMS must match exactly for orders to be properly transmitted.
The SKU is set in Shopify at the Product level under the Inventory section. The value must be completed in order to sync order details and inventory quantities.
If your product has variants (sizes, colors, etc.) the SKU values must be set for each variant in order to ensure proper transmission.
