Overview

Elevate Fulfillment partners with Order Desk to provide the most stable and dynamic integrations for our Clients. To connect the WooCommerce integration to Elevate using Order Desk, we'll need you to provide an API key and consumer secret generated in WooCommerce.

Please note that you must be running a minimum WooCommerce Version 3.0


Enable the Legacy API

Before connecting the integration in Order Desk, you will first need to go into WordPress and make sure the Legacy API is enabled. To do this, in WooCommerce, click on Settings > Advanced > Legacy API and tick the Enable the legacy REST API checkbox. 


Note: legacy REST API was found at WooCommerce > Settings > API prior to WooCommerce 3.4


Create Keys for a Specific WordPress user:



  1. Go to: WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API.

    1. Note: Keys/Apps was found at WooCommerce > Settings > API > Key/Apps prior to WooCommerce 3.4.

  2. Select Add Key. You are taken to the Key Details screen.


  1. Add a Description.

  2. Select the User you would like to generate a key for in the dropdown.

    1. You can use a current user or create a user for Elevate

    2. If you would like to create a user for Elevate please use the email: admin@elevate3pl.com

  3. Select a level of access for this API key — Read access, Write access or Read/Write access.

    1. Read/Write Access is required

  4. Select Generate API Key, and WooCommerce creates API keys for that user.


Provide API Key Details


We will need the key  information to connect to your WooCommerce store. If you have multiple stores we will need credentials for each store you’d like us to connect to. 


Please email the URL, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret to tech@elevate3pl.com



These credentials can be revoked at any time by selecting the “Revoke Key” at the bottom of the Key Details.
