The quick answer is no.
The USPS does provide a service that is called "Delivery Intercept" that allows a request to be made to stop the package. The non-refundable fee is paid and the destination post office keeps an eye out for the package to try and stop it. It is not a reliable service and the few times we have made the request we have not been successful.
