Once the package has been given to the USPS Elevate and our customers have done our part and it is in the carriers control and liability. If the USPS claims the package has been delivered but the customer cannot find the package they must file a claim through the USPS branch that made the delivery and marked it delivered. 


These claims processes can take extended periods of time. Check with your company to determine your policy on shipping replacement orders. Elevate will not cover any losses or liabilities due to carrier issues.
