As the effects of the pandemic continue increased demand and labor shortages must be factored into the service levels Elevate can provide. Southern California especially has a severe labor shortage which continue to create challenges.


As we move through peak and holiday volumes we are employing a variety of strategies to accommodate the increased volumes. Please understand that we are doing everything possible to meet SLA's, but there may be instances where shipments or receiving activities will require additional days to complete. In an effort to balance service and safety Elevate has suspended the SLA's due to Force Majeure as outlined in our service agreement.


Additionally, Elevate asks our clients and partners to provide as much notice possible prior to sales or anticipated volume increases.
