Shipping methods between Shopify and VeraCore must be mapped. Shopify allows store owners to set up customized shipping profiles in the settings section of the store. Mapping Shipping Methods


Once Shipping Methods have been defined Elevate will corrolate the name of your shipping method to match those listed in VeraCore. This process is called mapping and must be done for EACH shipping method created in Shopify. Mapping is character specific so if a shipping method is changed, even the capitalization, we must update the system. Shipping method mapping table will look something like this. 



Manual Orders

When creating manual orders in Shopify the shipping method is free-form, meaning that you can enter whatever value you'd like. If the shipping method entered does not match one of the mapped shipping methods the order will not be submitted to VeraCore.
