When we ship internationally we often use a UPS product called International Mail Innovations (learn more here) for packages that meet certain criteria.

The packages are consolidated into a single shipment and sent to a UPS sort facility in California then shipped by air to the destination country. UPS Mail Innovations "milestone" tracking will is available at UPS.com. When in transit to the sort facility tracking activity will show "Order Processed: Ready for UPS" until it reaches the sort facility. Once the package has reached the sort facility it will update in the tracking bar to show the progress. The tracking visibility provided is reliable, although can vary depending on the destination country. Please note that, unless specifically requested, UPS Mail Innovations packages are not insured.

Packages are in the destination country within three business days of leaving our facility and are then in the hands of the local postal authority to clear customs and make the final delivery.

USPS Priority Mail International, USPS Express Mail International are services offered, although they do not provide guaranteed times in transit and tracking visibility can vary greatly from package to package.

Other international options include UPS Standard (Canada and Mexico), UPS Worldwide Expedited or UPS Worldwide Express. These services will provide tracking throughout the entire time in transit along with estimated times in transit and $100 of insurance included.

Service options for large shipments can also be sent via FedEx or UPS using special rates based on current space availability, Please contact us for more information.
