With the USPS it is highly likely that the package has not been scanned at a USPS location and is still moving through the system enroute to the destination. 


If UPS packages are not showing a activity on the label and there has been sufficient time for the package to be scanned at the pickup hub (typically after 6:00 pm MST) there are two possibilities.

  • First, the package was edited and the tracking number was not updated in the system. We attempt to limit these instances but this is most likely the scenario. 
  • Second, the package has not been received at the UPS hub and we will need to open an investigation with UPS to find out what has happened. If this is the case we will request typical claims documentation including an invoice.
