If the package was shipped via a UPS delivered service (i.e. Standard, WW Expedited, WW Express) there will be an attempt to find the customers physical address to deliver the package. This is typically done through a phone call, email or post card to customer. If UPS is unable to contact the customer they will attempt to contact us to see if we can aide them in contacting them. After these attempts the are made the package will be returned and tracking will show it as being returned to sender.

If the package was sent via a postal service (i.e. UPS Mail Innovations) the Canadian postal authority will attempt to make the delivery and if it isn't possible will mark it for return to sender. It is typical for these packages to take 4-6 weeks to be returned.
