If UPS has lost or damaged a package please provide us with the following information in a support ticket so we can start the claims process for you.
- Order Reference Number or Transaction ID
- Tracking Number
- Phone or email address for receiver
- A company invoice for what was included
Claims are typically resolved within 3-5 business days.
Note: All UPS packages include $100 of insurance. However, UPS will only replace the cost (not retail value) of items lost or damaged.
