If UPS has lost or damaged a package please provide us with the following information in a support ticket so we can start the claims process for you. 

  • Order Reference Number or Transaction ID
  • Tracking Number
  • Phone or email address for receiver
  • A company invoice for what was included
Once we have the information and can start the claims process UPS will contact the recipient to gather needed information. 


Claims are typically resolved within 3-5 business days. 


Note: All UPS packages include $100 of insurance. However, UPS will only replace the cost (not retail value) of items lost or damaged.
